TEAM DONATION: This year, to assist with the funding of the teams to
qualifiers and finals we are asking for a voluntary donation to be
included with your membership. If

PLEASE We
are continually looking for volunteers to assist at our various events
and functions. You do not need to have experience at events as advice is
given and tasks allocated accordingly.
You may be contacted throughout the year by a committee member
asking for assistance, if you feel that you have a small amount of time
that you are able to spare throughout the season please complete this
section of the form, contact the event organiser or Pat Hatch 01579
362888. All
helpers are provided with refreshments and are given a voucher which
entitles them to a free entry to some ECRC event.
In additional to these rewards, this year we will be running a
prize draw. Everyone who
has pre arranged to help at an event will be entered into the draw. I am able to
help this winter at the following events: (please

INFORMATION AND APPLICATION Please continue if you wish to
be considered for teams in 2008 Please note rules are to be
reviewed at AGM. Details in Winter Programme N.B. If you
wish to be considered you must be prepared to travel to both the Area
Competition and Championships if your team qualifies.
The horse/s that you wish to be considered must be fully vaccinated
as per the Riding Club Rule Book and a photocopy of the vaccination
must be enclosed with this form. The
owner of the horse/s must also be a member of ECRC.
ECRC will pay
the team/individual registration with British Riding Club, you will be
expected to pay the Area Qualifier Entry Fee. If you or
your team qualify for the Championships ECRC will pay the BRC entry, and
up to 3 nights stabling for the Horse Trials and 2 nights for the Show
Jumping and Dressage. You
will have to pay for the fuel and own accommodation costs.
Fund raising will take place throughout the season to assist with
these payments. You will be
issued with team clothing which you will be expected to wear at the
event and return clean. Please
